American TV & Appliance Saves Big with Legiant Timecard
With nearly 2,100 employees at 18 different locations in the Midwest, American TV & Appliances needed a time and attendance system that provided excellent support with advanced features such as scheduling and an XML API. Before upgrading to Legiant, employees were not recording their time because they did not like using time clocks. As a result, the high number of missing punches made it impossible for management to know what hours employees were actually working.
By utilizing Legiant's XML API technology, American is now able to use their Point-of-Sale terminals to record employee time, greatly reducing the amount of missing punches. Plus, American can determine if a sales professional has not clocked out. In the case of a missing punch, Legiant Timecard records the sales person's last finalized sale, which helps determine if there was an early departure.
