Solutions for a Mobile Workforce
IVR (Interactive Voice Response) gives employees all the functionality of a traditional time clock without tying them down to a location. Employees are able to call in from anywhere, follow customizable voice prompts, and use telephone touchtones or voice recognition to report all of their information directly into Legiant Timecard.
When employees call in they will be prompted to enter their ID Number (badge number) and their Personal Identification Number (PIN). These numbers will be validated against the employee database to confirm the employee's identity. Caller ID can also be employed to record the employee's location. |
IVR's functionality allows remote employees to:
- Clock in and out
- Transfer departments
- Optionally enter vacation, sick leave, or other leave time
- Check their hours
- Optionally access messages from their supervisors
Supervisors in the field will be able to dial in to check employee status, perform basic edits to correct missed punches, and perform other transactions.
