Employee Kiosks

 are solutions that give employees easy access to self-service applications including Time and Attendance. Kiosks are traditionally touch screen information centers that are centrally located in high employee traffic areas.

 

These Kiosks are considered by many to be the ATM of Time and Attendance. One of their greatest assets is their approachability. Kiosks are geared towards employees who do not normally use a PC at work, or may not know how to use one. Kiosks are very easy-to-use and employees generally view them to be more user-friendly than traditional computers.

Input devices can either be a touch screen, keyboard or a pointing device. The touch screen is the most popular option. Security features can also be added to the Kiosks by incorporating badge readers or biometric devices.

Employee Kiosk’s serve as an employee self-service center and have earned a reputation for adding convenience, cutting costs, and saving time. The self-service features allow employees to answer many of their own HR questions by allowing them to:

  • Clock In/Out or fill out a timesheet
