Legiant’s self-service automation eliminates the traditional paper shuffle, and expedites workforce management processes for both employees and managers. Employees are able to access the self-service functionality with the same data collection devices that record their time, and managers are able to use a single screen, known as the Managers Dashboard, to approve, reject and complete all of their employee’s self-service requests.
