Employee Self Service

Employee Self-Service creates a workforce that is more proactive in their own Time and Attendance administration. Legiant Timecard increases employee's involvement and control by allowing them to:

 
  • View historical and current time cards
  • View benefit accruals (sick, vacation, etc.)
  • Clock In/Out or fill out a timesheet
  • Submit leave requests
  • Review Schedules
  • Update their personnel information

Legiant’s self-service automation eliminates the traditional paper shuffle, and expedites workforce management processes for both employees and managers. Employees are able to access the self-service functionality with the same data collection devices that record their time, and managers are able to use a single screen, known as the Managers Dashboard, to approve, reject and complete all of their employee’s self-service requests.

Employee self-service streamlines the human resource experience, and saves a tremendous amount of time, paper, effort and errors associated with manual workforce administration. Employees will be able to answer many of their own HR questions and human resource personnel will be able to focus more time on strategic issues.
