IVR (Interactive Voice Response) gives employees all the functionality of a traditional time clock without tying them down to a location. Employees are able to call in from anywhere, follow customizable voice prompts, and use telephone touchtones or voice recognition to report all of their information directly into Legiant Timecard.

When employees call in they will be prompted to enter their ID Number (badge number) and their Personal Identification Number (PIN). These numbers will be validated against the employee database to confirm the employee's identity. Caller ID can also be employed to record the employee's location.

Our new Absence Management feature allows employees to call-in absent, and sick time will automatically be applied to their timecard. The sooner you can determine an employee will be absent for the day, the faster you can make adjustments to maintain productivity.

IVR's functionality

Clock in and out
Transfer departments
Call-in Absent
Optionally enter vacation, sick leave, or other leave time
Check their hours
Optionally access messages from their supervisors

Supervisors in the field will be able to dial in to check employee status, perform basic edits to correct missed punches, and perform other transactions.
