Legiant offers several training packages centered around your organization’s needs. Our Training Essentials classes are provided to every new client. Along with the Training Essentials, we can also customize a training solution based upon your installation and your implementation strategy.

Legiant Training Essentials

Available in a web-based class, in a classroom at Legiant, or onsite at your location.

Adminstrator Training Package - This class provides an overview of daily employee and managerial procedures, tasks and maintenance.
Supervisor Training Package - Tailored to equip each Supervisor with their organizations basic use; timecard approval, timesheet edits, reporting, employee scheduling, leave requests, and review of exceptions.
Train the Trainer - This package is designed to equip one or two trainers from your organization with the expertise needed to instruct fellow employees about the operation and implementation of the Legiant Timecard System.

Legiant Best Practices

The Legiant Best Practices course is designed for those clients that would like a “Timecard Tune Up.” It is designed for clients that want to get the most out of their system, would like a refresher, or would like a deeper understanding of the system. The topics covered are customized and may include: options regarding parameters and system setup, interfaces and integration, approval process management, security and role management, and automated reporting.

Legiant Training Modules

The latest addition to the Legiant training program. Legiant now provides instructional presentations online that can be distributed to employees and supervisors as an additional training aid. Each module allows you to walk through the process of completing specific functions with Legiant Timecard, such as record your time as an employee. More training modules will be added soon.
